Individual therapy is a one-on-one discussion between you and a your therapist.  We work to provide a safe space for confidential conversation. Whether you hope to discuss concerns or problems that cannot be addressed with the people that are present in your life, or that need to be addressed with the guidance and support of an experienced therapist. We approach our clients with empathy, respect, and without judgement. 

Couple / Relational Therapy is when two or more people within a relationship (romantic, platonic) meet with a therapist to help understand, explore, resolve concerns / experiences together in a safer, non-judgmental space.  

A positive step towards strengthening bonds, enhancing communication and trust, and providing space for people to share and explore their thoughts, needs and desires with each other in a safe space.

Family therapy is when the family, or dynamics of the family, meet with a therapist to work through presenting concerns and experiences.

In family counselling it is important to acknowledge and balance power dynamics to help ensure that each family member is heard and has a chance to access their voice.
