Couples Therapy

Relationships go through seasons. Sometimes you're navigating a rough patch, sometimes you're trying to rebuild trust after something has broken it, and sometimes you're just tired of having the same fight on repeat. Couples therapy gives you and your partner a space to slow down, actually hear each other, and figure out what you both need to move forward.

We work with couples on concerns like:

  • Communication breakdowns and recurring conflict
  • Trust and rebuilding after betrayal or infidelity
  • Intimacy and connection
  • Life transitions (new parenthood, career changes, blended families)
  • Differences in values, parenting, or expectations
  • Couples who are separating and want to co-parent well

Our approach draws from the Gottman Method, which gives us a practical, research-backed way to understand conflict patterns and rebuild connection, but we don't treat any one model as the whole answer. Every couple is different, so the work is shaped around what's actually happening between the two of you, not a script.
